Elodie MBIDA is an Influence Communication Consultant. Her areas of expertise include institutional communication, executive communication, crisis communication, public relations and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). Elodie supports several high-level players in their image management, reputation and CSR approaches.

Committed to promoting African expertise on the continental and international scene, she co-founded and directed Naole Média and its extensions Com’Sous Le Baobab and the “Programme de Stages Académiques Mentorés (PROGSAM)”, lthe main pan-African media specializing in communication professions in Africa. In 2020, she launched the first listing that values women in the communication and media professions in Africa (Naole Media 40). She has worked in Public Relations and e-influence agencies. She was also part of the institutional communication & influence team of one of the world’s telecommunications leaders in Paris.

Recognized by her peers for her rigor, professionalism and creative approach in the profession, Élodie is invited to speak on topics related to the role of the media in changing the African narrative, financing, entrepreneurship, public relations, institutional communication, public speaking, crisis communication, risk management or women’s leadership.

Having worked between Cameroon, Congo-Brazzaville, Gabon and France, she has demonstrated adaptability, resilience and thus develop human, professional and cultural skills.

Elodie MBIDA holds a master’s degree in Journalism-influential media and a master’s degree in Political Communication-Lobbying from the Sup school of Communication in Paris & the École des Hautes Etudes Internationales et Politiques (HEIP) of the OMNES Education Group formerly the Institut des hautes études économiques et commerciales (INSEEC.U). She also holds a bachelor’s degree in information and communication sciences from the University of Rennes.
